CleanMessage Filter Report

In the morning and afternoon you will receive an email from www.CleanMessage.com summarizing your Quarantined Spam Messages. (Exactly when you receive the reports is up to you.)

That email will look similar to the following:

Notice that there are 5 distinct columns. Here is how each of them is read.

• ID: This is a link so that we can forward false-positive captured and quarantined email messages to you. Simply click on the link then hit send. Our server will release that particular email to you.


• Time: This is the time stamp of the email when it was quarantined.


• Score: This is the percentage that CleanMessage determined this particular captured and quarantined email message is likely to be spam.


• From: This is the name of the person from which the Spam originated.


• Subject: This is the subject line of the quarantined email.
