CleanMessage Filter Report
In the morning and afternoon you will receive an email from www.CleanMessage.com
summarizing your Quarantined Spam Messages. (Exactly when you receive the reports is up to you.)
That email will look similar to the following (Click here to see this illustration at full size)

Notice that there are 6 distinct columns. Here is how each of them is read.
- ID: This is the Incident ID for the quarantined message. If you call us with questions about this particular message, we'll ask for this number.
Click on the Incident ID to release the message and have it delivered to your Inbox.
- Whitelist: Click here to release the message and add the sender to your whitelist. Whitelisted senders bypass our spam filtering (but their email messages will still be scanned for viruses).
- Time: This is the when the message was quarantined.
- Score: We perform thousands of tests on each message sent through our filters. The "score" indicates how likely it is that this message is spam.
If the score is above your company's predefined threshhold, the message is quarantined and will appear on this report.
- From: This is the email address from which the message originated.
- Subject: This is the subject line of the quarantined email.
